We are seeing more listings on the market, which means that buyers have more to choose from. There has a been a slow but steady increase in listing prices, this is great time to enter the market and start buying before the last quarter of the year. 

For sellers, this is a great time to think about listing. With prices increasing, it is incredibly important to price competitively to stand out. 

Although there are more listings and prices have slightly increased since the beginning of the year, it is still a relatively balanced market. Transactions that are closing are seeing contributions from both parties to get across the finish line.
